White Squirrel is hiring! We are looking for people who are efficient, are able to work independently, and are dedicated to delivering a quality customer service experience.

We are offering full-time in-person employment as a Customer Service Representative, as part of our small Customer & Client Services team.

Duties will include:

  • monitoring incoming emails from clients and customers

  • triage and assign priority to incoming issues within ZenDesk

  • maintaining a polite and helpful demeanor in all official communications

  • using G Suite applications and Airtable to organize information and files

  • occasional fulfillment for returns and exchange shipments

Compensation:

  • starting rate is $20/hour

  • health insurance including dental and vision

Requirements:

  • reliable transportation

Additional info:

  • knowledge of e-commerce and fulfillment is helpful

  • customer service is via email, no face-to-face interactions with customers

  • employees can bring dogs, as long as they are not disruptive
