White Squirrel is hiring! We are looking for people who are efficient, are able to work independently, and are dedicated to delivering a quality customer service experience.
We are offering full-time in-person employment as a Customer Service Representative, as part of our small Customer & Client Services team.
Duties will include:
monitoring incoming emails from clients and customers
triage and assign priority to incoming issues within ZenDesk
maintaining a polite and helpful demeanor in all official communications
using G Suite applications and Airtable to organize information and files
occasional fulfillment for returns and exchange shipments
Compensation:
starting rate is $20/hour
health insurance including dental and vision
Requirements:
reliable transportation

knowledge of e-commerce and fulfillment is helpful
customer service is via email, no face-to-face interactions with customers
employees can bring dogs, as long as they are not disruptive
